Background

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship from California State University, Chico, where he gained foundational frameworks that continue to guide his work today.

As part of his undergraduate studies, Justin spent time in Santiago, Chile, which inspired him to move there after graduation and launch his first SaaS business. After two challenging years in South America, his startup gained significant traction, but health issues forced him to return to the U.S. and exit the company.

​

Upon his return, Justin quickly found a second startup opportunity, which also saw strong go-to-market traction. However, the potential was cut short when Apple entered the market and sidelined his efforts.

Following these experiences, Justin shifted focus to joining established startups as an early GTM/Sales hire, where he could help scale the sales process. Over the years, he has built outbound playbooks from scratch for four high-growth, venture-backed SaaS companies.

In 2024, Justin pivoted to consulting, allowing him to work with multiple founders simultaneously. This shift enables him to diversify his risk while continuing to make an impact in the fast-paced, early-stage startup world that he’s passionate about.
